Beat the game at least once (So start a NG+), followed by beating the first Boss(the blonde succubus Milk Farm Lady), then choose to unlock the recollection room and then I think you talk to Ymir to unlock it or it just naturally spawns where Ymir hangs out in any point of the game AFTER having done all the preceding steps.
Wait.... There is a sequel in the making? How awesome is that! I wish the very best to the creator and hope that it will be fully realized. This news certainly made my day better! 
And the demo is certainly looking nice. Arthur is cute and I can't wait to see him corrupted bit by bit....

This a patch to this game, or the newer game their working on?
Also if newer game is it translated?
New game in development, sadly only in jp.
But its pretty straightfoward, so its actually playable
Newer game. Not a lot of content in the update, though he said he did do some illustrations for future parts.

Nope. However I did stumble upon a machine translator that can do the game automatically called "mtool"; provided you can tolerate machine translation.
Just downloaded the game but good chunks of it are still Japanese, as in even the combat dialogue isn't translated. Do I also need to download the v1.36 Patch data and if so how do I get that to work?
Game is only in JP for now, still an early alpha and reverse anal it's not a common kink, so it will take a while before any proper fan translation

Yes, you need to download the patch, inside the archive with the patch will be a folder www, copy it to the folder with the game, answer "yes" to the question about overwriting files.
I played the game a couple months ago and had the swimsuit. Does anyone know how to get it? please

Does this still work? Everytime I put the patched files in my game it gives me a "failed to load img" making it unplayable
It's been a while since I tested it out, but it should be compatible, I'll test it out in a few minutes. When does the error occur, mid game somewhere? Where did you download your copy of the game? Are you playing on mobile? Did you at any point decrypt the game's image files?
Edit: The game starts up fine for me, so I'll need to know when the image error occurs. If it occurs on startup, I think those errors are mainly caused by not extracting with Japanese name encoding.
