String is what I meant, not variable. I know programming logic, although java syntax I don't know much, that's why I asked about how flexible java is. Probably I didn't explain well on the previous posts what I meant. I was trying to mentioning the way of defining a string at start of the code and calling it when needed. So yes, you could just add: String therapistrelation = "godmother" somewhere in the code when loading/starting the game, and then print the variable therapistrelation whenever you want to print "godmother".
