Not patcher yet. I wanted to get the release out as fast as possible and since it is an untested Beta, released to the masses, I want to wait a while to see if people are reporting serious bugs before releasing a patcher. The track record for my Betas are like one game-breaking bug per update. At least this time I tested it from v0.8 to make sure there were no obvious breaks between content in the previous and new version, which is where the risk of breaks is highest.
