Why do people keep quoting that? It was a one off troll comment that has somehow stuck around and I don't get why people still believe it. I mean on his blogposts he even said part 2 was stopped as he split from the programmer. Why would a Japanese man, in Japan, care about Korean laws? And if he was in Korea, why would he censor his game to Japanese laws and only sell on a Japanese sites? The same sites that require Japanese bank accounts and citizenship? (or did at the time anyway).

The rumor I saw years ago was someone sold his game without his permission and it pissed him off so much he stopped development of the sequel.

Now that you mention it, the truth is that these rumors have been around for a long time, but the only truth is that he did indeed separate from his programmer, anyone can verify this by entering what was the creator's page or blog.

I'm trying to open the mods, but when I click the EXE file it asks me to Open another file. I've tried extracting the fan patch into it's own driver, into the original 1.03 version directory, but it still asks me to open a file and no matter which file I pick it doesn't load the game. Any suggestions?

It seems to me one of the main pain points of a sequel/remake is the fact that developers seem keen on changing her outfit. This comes with many drawbacks, most of all not being able to re-use portions of the original sprites. You're essentially re-doing all of the sprites from scratch.

You can see here that if you keep the same outfit, you only have to do a portion of the animations and can keep the rest.
