Basically, you just need to replace the "Data win." file in the original with the modified one you downloaded from the mod link here.
It looks great, but I have a question: Are you actually developing a game or mod for Parasite in City?
You need to first complete the game normally and then there will be a "?????" button on bottom left. I guess that part is not too clear
