Go back to the Stasis room (P.Pawn 1-1), there is a hidden vent in the Stasis lab (P.Pawn 1-3)
You need to turn on Power in the Dinning Room (P.Pawn 1-4)

I accidentally broke a repair kit and now I'm stuck at LTW Sector 6 door. Does the game only give enough repairs for all the doors?

It's just a shortcut you don't miss much, you should get at least 5 repair kit, there is 1 or 2 more you can get when you reach the Power core room with the clapping door.
You just need to go back down, there is a fuse to shoot on the wall when the clapping door is open
