Yeah, but see, that's why I like DMD. The hesitation from the MC and the whole "This is wrong. I shouldn't be doing this." gives the character a sort of spark of humanity. Even the daughter has hesitations and it makes her feel alive as well.
The characters in this just don't have that spark of humanity to me and I really want to feel that from them.
Like I said, the models are great. I just feel the storyline needs tweaking a bit. However, if you just want a quick and dirty incest sex game, this seems to be the one for you.

The MC already had an incestual relationship with his sister though.
So I feel like his lack of hesitation with his daughters seems, by at least some definition, normal.

I agree with this, It would be odd if he did hesitate since having the sister relationship is perfectly normal to him. Also his wife didn't seem too worried about her daughter having feelings for her father, so she either knows or was clued in that his sister at least wanted to be more than a sister to him.

Theres about 900 of those games where the MC is against it in the beginning. Here its a normal way a of life for him. I find that more refreshing than the 90% that try to hold it back. Its also still taboo. Taboo is about going outside social norms. They are still way outside that. Hold it in doesnt make it erotic in my book.

I AM turned on by the taboo nature of it, otherwise I wouldn't care what the relationship is. Not just a societal taboo, but a personal one. I would never really fuck my daughter so when done right I'm always met with the endorphins that accompany risk.
But the lack of guilt isn't what annoys me about cutting out the build up. It that i's too unrealistic and takes me out of it. There are very few instances where sex is a forgone conclusion. People, in general, no matter how sure, test the waters before diving in. The bigger the risk, the more sure you need to be. Telling your daughter you want to fuck her is incredibly, incredibly risky. You could fuck up marriage, your reputation and your life if your wrong about anything. OR IF SHE CHANGES HER MIND.
The daughter would be just as nervous. Honesty, any relationship I've had, it's always the build up that gets me the most turned on. There's just too much going on with your hormones and psychology to not be excited about testing the waters. It's a great fucking part of fucking. So it annoys me when otherwise good games scrap the build up to that leap, as filler.
DmD has done this better then any I've seen at showing this anxiety/excitement. Although, it's the game that got me into the genre. I get more turned on seeing the progression in that game than I do with the thousand, boring, "Hey, your a girl so I want to fuck you, bend over" "okay!" scenes. If I didn't want a good erotic story, I'd save myself the data and just pop pornhub on.
