I can actually attest to one case in a coworker. She was 18 when she started working with us 2 years ago and had ZERO experience or knowledge when it came to sex, other than "sex is to make babies after you're married or you'll burn in hell". Her family kept her in a bubble her whole life, for a number of reasons that I'm not fully aware of (control was a big one, tho). All of us in the office became her extended family and helped her in any way we could. We slowly explained a lot of things to her over the past 2 years, to get her to a functioning level in society and while she's gotten a lot better and isn't quite so naive anymore, she still has a long way to go.
So in answer to your question, she had no knowledge. She had never seen a penis before, never touched herself and I believe was kept out of sex ed by her family. None of her friends from high school had sex, so she didn't have any peers to draw from either. Essentially, she was a unicorn.

Let's assume you're right. So what? I mean, if this was some religious forum, club for concerned mothers, or something like that, I'd understand the sentiment. But this is porn forum.
