That requirement of Ada needing to be accompanied by a guardian for that tournament is not the way I would've chosen to write an excuse for the MC to accompany her for obvious reasons. I think there was another line too from this that might be a good idea to go back on and adjust because there should be absolutely no insinuations the character's age being younger than claimed, might be playing with fire with Patreon. Just making it her choice like, because she wants to get to know the MC better since he was never really in her life before would work better IMO.

She can be over 18 and below 21 without any legal issues related to sexual behaviour with an older man. Hell, consent age is 16, and we know shes at least that old.

Yes, it's patch related. Without the patch you get no Ada sexy content.
Age of consent varies by country, and in some countries by state/province. Anywhere from 12 to 21.

Just finished the first playthrough and got Elly & Jenna together in the 'Husband Route'. Up until halfway thru, I was on Harem, but I must have done something to bounce that. Sad for Sofi and Ada and a bugger for Emily but getting the two prettiest in the bunch for a menage was brilliant IMO.

I didn't know there's a difference... The game tells me I'm in the husband route but I am getting it on in some way with all of them. AFAIK, only Elly-only route got a separate ending so far.

Age of consent being under 18 in most of the US and most of the world is irrelevant to porn or in this case porn games on Patreon and generally looked very poorly upon in certain countries, it's mostly a moot issue with it being a patch only thing, figured that's what it was after seeing Ada not being featured at all on Luxee's Patreon.
The age of majority in most of the world, including the U.S. and Nevada is 18 so if Ada were 18 there'd be no reason she needs to be accompanied by a guardian, the only thing she can't do is legally drink. With the patch she's a minor apparently if you veer off into the "Forbidden" path which I don't think age of consent is much of a concern either.
Maybe the place she has to stay at you have to be 21 or be with someone who is. They could be going to Vegas.

I think you mean the Elly route. The Husband route is where you kick Elly and Jenna to the curb, and go Emily only.

I'm pretty sure the destination was Las Vegas, since I finished the content for the path I'm on I've already deleted it. I had to go back and look because it's been a really long time since I was in Las Vegas or cared about it and could've sworn the reason couldn't go into casinos when I was a kid was because I was under 18 at the time but looking up Nevada's laws 21 has been the minimum age since 1931 so fuck if I know. Hotel/casino policies do require you to be 21 or older to make reservations and check in and if under 21 to be accompanied by an adult who is.
Well, when I saved it, it gave the name 'The Husband Route' which is why I mentioned it as such. I assumed that being a 'husband' for both Elly & Jenna was the reason for this.

It should have said "Elly route" if you chose to make Elly's first time special and didn't get out of the breakup with Emily. It should have said "Husband route" if you "broke up" with Jenna:
