No, it's hardcoded. If you don't want it then uninstall the patch.
Or... and I know this is a crazy idea, but hear me out... he could not try to fuck the little girl in the game if he is turned off by her age. Kinda like how he would do act in real life (I hope...)
I for example don't do any of the gay material, urination, and other similar material. It doesn't work for me, if it is the main point of the game, I don't play that game. If it optional - such as in this game - then instead of complaining about optional content, I instead (drum roll) choose not to do it!
I know, this is a crazy suggestion, totally unheard of, but I wanted to put it out there for people to consider.
(and yes, I am being extremely sarcastic)
Does the incest patch break the gallery option for Ada? I'm getting a Renpy error when trying to access it.
Don't know what is causing it, but I'm seeing the same error. The other galleries seem to work fine.
Dude you do realize that... Loli means Underage girls?
Um, no, actually it isn't that simple. I don't know where you got that definition, but if you do an internet search you find that there are several definitions, which means it is up to interpretation. The Wikipedia article even specifically notes the meaning of the term is contested. The general public does generally associate it with pedophilia, but the general public is rather stupid and disturbingly often what is 'commonly believed' as true is in fact, not true.
The original Lolita (from the 1955 book by Vladimir Nabokov) was a 12 year old girl, young to be sure but not prepubescent (an important distinction as pedophilia specifically refers to prepubescent children in both the dictionary and psychology definitions). That in turn led to a pop-psychology book called the Lolita Complex in the 1960s where it was used to describe an attraction to pubescent and prepubescent girls (note, this is pop psychology and should be treated with suspicion, it is not an actual diagnosis in the DSM V).
From there it was adopted by the Japanese into Loli and Lolicon in the 1970s - even then it meant different things in different contexts, it started out using the definition from the Lolita Complex (the source of the term, obviously) but often meant 'young looking' women as well especially in manga for girls. In the 1980s this morphed into an appreciation and desire for 'cuteness', not specifically children, just cute. Of interest that for a while Japan had a thriving market in photo books of nude adolescent girls, but the market died when it became apparent that for the most part the desired lolis were in manga and anime - i.e. clearly fictional - instead of actual people. In the 1990s the entire loli thing was subject to the usual fear mongering after a serial killer was supposedly motivated by such material (such claims are often media sensationalism and not based in fact).
Today the definition is quite broad, and as said, contested and subject to interpretation. It can mean a girl who is prepubescent, and it can mean an adult woman who is merely young looking (small of stature, small breasted, and 'baby faced') which while not extremely common, aren't really that rare either. And it can mean something in between. Here the general assumption is young looking, and CAN mean under 18 (but not necessarily), but does not mean prepubescent (see rule 7).
Random point: The character of Hestia in damachi is called "loli big boobs", which to me is a complete contradiction. She is short, but has huge breasts, which is rather contradictory to any definition of Loli. By the same token, Dee from DMD is not a Loli, she is very short, but has an adult figure, especially with enormous breasts.
Honestly there should be a specific tag for 'underage' to cover this. Because someone can also be underage and not a loli. Tracy Lords infamously started her porn career at 16 (using fake ID), and I've seen some of it, and frankly, she could easily have been 18 or even in her early 20s. I also knew girls in high school who if I didn't know they were in high school I wouldn't have necessarily thought they were teenagers.
Now, does anyone care about this lengthy diatribe? Probably not. But I get annoyed when someone states something as definitive when it is at best unclear, and at worst completely wrong.
