does having pixie magic on all the attractions keep the explosion ! events / Ratcliffe from happening? Its been multiple days with only two of the same attractions having park rating down events. Can't seem to trigger the event with the dwarves

1 Queen dress
2 Evening gown
3 Suit Jacket
4 Coronation dress
5 Fifth spirit dress
6 Frost outfit

9 Nothing (Hair Down)

have you drawn Journey Into Imagination? if not, do so and wait until Grumpy talks to you about it. afterwards, go to the tavern to trigger the event introducing her
