I'm new to this game and am stuck on what to do next with Ami. The quest menu says that I need to complete Reiko's "Let's Go to School" quest first, but the only options when I speak to Reiko are either to have her teach the class or to end the conversation. What do I need to do in order to move forward with this quest?

In order to trigger that quest, you will need to finish Kana, Hoshino, Emika, and Nozomi Introduction first. Also, the quest where you go to Masako gym for the first time. Koharu at the back of the supermarket. Shiori's thank you quest and many more.
So, I suggest you to do all other's girls quest until you can't do any of them.
It's my fault that I didn't write the hints clearly. It happens because every time I write the hints, I write it according to the latest save file version where every quest is already done. So, you'll often see nothing appearing in the hints page because I didn't write the if statement for that case.
So, I'm trying to fix all that, but I've just noticed that it's quite a lot work to do.
The supermarket scene was from the previous update. There's a lot more content with her in v0.6, but you have to trigger Akane's new event (go to the MC's room at night) first, because you need to find the club.

No, if you have finished the group assignement from the previous update and found the location of the club, you just have to go to school in the morning and start the lesson with Reiko. That will start the chain of her events. (She'll get a phone call from the duchebag, then you'll have to spy on them when they meet at the cafe and lastly you'll have to go to the club to spy them again on Friday night, when you'll get the chance to kick his ass and... do some other things.)

Someone already told how to trigger it in the above posts of yours. You'll need to finish doing a group work with Yukina first.

im starting to think you might needd to make a walkthrough or make hints hella easier
i dont trgger this event eather... maybe theres a bug on the evil route with new save?
