No, it's a story where she explains why her friend (I don't remember her name right now) is mad at her. Her ex (the friend's) blackmailed Ami in having sex with him. I haven't played the last update yet, but so far you can only see Koharu having sex with someone else.
If I remember correctly that's how she lost her virginity and that was the only guy she had sex with before the MC.
Even with the cheesy unrealistic story line, I'd love this, if it weren't for the buggy looking unskippable animations.
Which quest?
Some quest can't be triggered if the others haven't done yet.
So, if you encounter this problem, I'd suggest you to do the other girl's quest until there is no more quest for you to do.
Here is the rpy file to fix the problem. You'll need to overwrite it in a game folder.
What needs to be done in the update with Akane? I can not understand. Explain, please. What you need to find and how?

Have you finished the quest Reiko giving you an assignment in the classroom?
To be able to do Akane's quest. You're required to finish that quest.
Then, go to MC bedroom at night time. The event will automatically appear.

Because I've checked the code, and there is nothing wrong with it.
Ah, it wasn't triggering on an old save. Restarted the game and it's triggering now.
