Complete "Restore The Temple" for Ziva. Then speak with Beth & ask her on a date. Go to Erevi & ask about spell. Then use that spell to take Beth on date. THEN go to the wold near Mia's.

Never say Never, Tinkerer might not have any intention of making that scene, but he's changed his mind before, and there are always modders, and when word gets out about all these pornos Granny made (Granny and the Very Big Bad Wolf was an instant classic!, he ate her all the way out in that one ), it might be inevitable.
