Capture a bandit or bat girl and bring it to them at night whenever you want to have sex with them. You'll find them wandering around in the cemetery

You have to use a Potion of Energy if you want to keep the scene going

I've had more success getting her to spawn at night. If you go to the upstairs floor of your house in town when the sky is dark and crickets are chirping outside, she'll sometimes be there by the bed waiting for you. You can conveniently advance time by going back and forth between zones (IE the western path and town).
