Try restarting the game? That shouldn't happen unless the file is read-only or something.
That being said, this is a test version. Any saves used for this version shouldn't be used on the non-test release.

I'm using 1.91 version. I deleted all files from save folder, created new one, renamed downloaded save to match newly created one and now its working, dunno why it didn't work first time.

Very few devs do update patches because they aren't easy to make and have a habit of breaking saves and causing bugs.
There are also a lot of people that can never install things correctly even with step by step guides ... pasting an incest patch in the game folder of Ren'py games confuses some people.
It's just a lot of stress for very little gain.

Guys really, how hard can it be to open the walkthrough folder and follow the instructions? I was able to solve everything that was listed there.
