Pregnant and visible: alice, Gwyneth, maghda,liandra, vixenatrix,
Can get pregnant but only gives announcement: erevi's daughter
Can get pregnant and has pregnancy scenes but no announcement: zsofia
Can get pregnant only in the code: rosy, Hilde, Beth
Can get pregnant only in code and require potion: zivah and caleah.
Can't get pregnant: reanna, adaobi.

Go down south from weird wood then again so south u will enter the swamp. then keep going right till u reach the village also don't forget to check out the village a bit you get lamps for more sex scenes with caleh and some info that u will need as well for her.

it means that the girl will have the pregnancy variable set to her current day of pregnancy but in the game no one will know

In the terms of game code she has the percentile chance to get preg & the code will say she is.
Story wise she is for all intents & purposes not pregnant becaus ethat hasn't been added yet
