Thanks, another thing why the dev remove those content if he is using Subscribestar as one of the pay metods he can make those scene in a diferent patch that complement the patreon version but this patch is release in the subscritar, making the tier in the Subscribestar equal from the patreon where the patreon users can download that patch in a discord server or in some other place. I think is a good idea but maybe is to much work to make i don't now.

It's complicated, but the core is that it minimizes any chance of Patreon shutting him down and he cannot afford to make the game without his Patreon supporters. If there was a mass migration to SS maybe he could afford to abandon Patreon, but that hasn't happened and likely won't.
Previously the animations & images were in the builds, but you couldn't access them in the game without patches enabling them. BUT, you could still open the game files and view them directly outside of gameplay. Now the coding for those is still in the game but the actual animations & images aren't any more...no more viewing them directly. You have to manually add those from the mods, and the patches (included in the mods) are still needed to enable them once added.
Several months ago when Patreon cracked down on creators with problematic content he started a SS account (same supporter tiers & offerings). PQ has had a SS banner on the game start screen same as Patreon starting with v3.41. But after months he still has ~3000 Patreon supporters and only ~50 on SS. Despite the calls for switching to SS (dating to before I found PQ over two years ago) the number of folks switching over has been tiny. So, he keeps Patreon and has to abide by their rules.
Patreon rules are all "offical" builds available through other services must be the same as those on Patreon. Any patches offered through SS would also be "official" and would have to be offered on Patreon...and the Spicy & Gnomes mods are exactly the type of content that is getting other creators shut down. So, they are not offered through any official distribution sources. The discord does have links to the patches in the public area. It's safe for that since the discord's actual game DL links are in a supporters-only section, and supporters already have access to the game DLs through Patreon/SS.

To be honest the game is really bad ... there's no clear instructions or classes and nothing to aid in battle? not to mention the terribly long grind !
To be honest, game is really good? The grind is easy to avoid, the quests are pretty easy for the most part. And there is a comprehensive walkthrough for the "harder" ones.
Hate not having potions and gold? Use the built in cheatmode to get both.
Find battles to hard? Use rgmaker save editor to make your character op. You can download it from this site.
Hate the affection decay? Either use vampire potions or disable it completely.
Want to avoid the mini game to raise the affection of the battgirl.
There is an inbuilt cheat for that too.
Stumped by a quest? Open the walkthrough.
First time I played did it without cheats, took less than a weekend to finish all the content. That was years ago. After that always use cheats.

Like 6/10 while mentioning if they are namable or you can only have 10 nameable rest go up in smoke.

What do you mean "barley any content"? This game is FULL of content... theres 32 women to fuck and impregnate. 31 of them can have multiple pregnancies. Theres 175 Quests of varying difficulty/complexity. Are you just avoiding all quest hooks &/or potential LIs or do you just have a ridiculous standard for games?
Also it's pretty easy to guess how many kids a girl can birth based on home size, number of beds & how close to human they are (& if they are "Main" or "Side" girls). Main girls usually have homes with plenty of room & 10 beds. While Side girls usually have a smaller space with 6 beds. More monsterous girls like Goblins, Vamps, Imp ect... can have infinite (cannon) kids.
Also with all the quest blocks based on girls getting preg, giving birth or birthing a number of kids (the overall days that takes to go through, 20 more most) & all the early grind I find it hard to imagine you finished this in 15 MINUTES!? Either you're a god-tier player or you used cheats to fly through the game.
So the way Naamah talks about the children she births and the way they behave I have a theory. Demons have no anatomical organs for reproduction as we have seen, except for Naamah who is a Succubus (while ED is also a Succubus she is more like a mortal born clone of Naamah as far as I can tell. Not an exact duplicate but born of her essence.) So this makes me believe that Succubi are the "queens" of the Demon species.
Think of Demons like ants, termites or bees, in the sense they are all born to a "colony" or "nest", each born to serve a specific role. The reason I say this is because Naamah, on her first birth, says its "just a drone" & refers to the lesser demons as such. She later says "nothing special about this one" which makes me wonder CAN she birth more advanced/specialised demons in a later update? If Incubi are in this games world I would assume they take the role that *actual* drones take in colonies, breeding with the queen (mortals). On a more mythic side they probably also spread their seed to mortal women to create half-demons (like the one MC can have with ED).
Now I'm not sure if Succubi are born through the ritual that birthed ED or not but if they are then perhaps ED is a young Succubus, perhaps destined to grow further into a "mature" form like Naamah at which point her demonic nature may force her to return yo the Supernatural realm (pure speculation on my part here).
If Demons are a hive-colony species then that is really interesting to me. I wonder if Nergal is a true god or just the most powerful demon among them, gaining god-level?
Quick Note: Tinkerer has confirmed that all Familiars are a different species to Demons meaning that Imps are NOT demons. They just serve them because they are drawn to powerful creatures & beings like Nergal or Naamah probably share the same moral directive as Imps comapred to Angels (hence the association).

I would like to start by pointing out I did not realise you ment the update alone. So that was me jumping to a, now obviously wrong, conclusion. For that I apologies. That does make more sense. I'll put my hands up on that.
The girls thing was more me trying g to point out the pattern I have seen. Not so much a defense/argument as just a suggestion I hoped could help you & others in the future. I am able to guess a rough idea of how many kids based on these points.
And I agree you're idea would make life easier but this is what we have right now. Have you put that on the Discord or sent it to one of the Admins? Perhaps Tinkerer would agree? Although this far into the game I'm not sure how viable the change would be.
