I must of missed that because I played a really early version but hadn't played in a long time until a year in so I was unaware of that.
and found the walkthrough in the download now, why there are so many posts about people refusing to search rather than just mention it came with the game XD

During the quest Let There Be Light, go down to the library in the Temple & check bottom desk (circled in red) to read the diary about Enhanced Fertility.
Then travel to the Merchant's Inn. The chest should be amongst the burnt area (circled in red).

Actualy not true. I pick it up before talking to him EVERYTIME I play.
I have replayed this game over 20 times now (thanks to losing saves) as long as Let There Be Light is active & u read the diary, then the chest is there.

Rumours are planned for the MC's mother but for now the only content like that is Father/Daughter.
MC can have to "special" daughters that grow up fast. 1 succubus, 1 goblin.

Also take into account that duo to Patreon these are not available in the base game and require a Patch... which conviniently can be DLed here

use all alchemy potions, like +def+atk+agi+poison, first round use wither spell, even easier if you use 2 Vampiric potions beforehand aswell
