Just let MC make the same mistake as all his more experienced friends and get into trouble too.
This game is actually full of conjugal love. One of the MC's partners lives separately from her husband and both cheats. The other one cheats on him completely without any scruples, another married for money and power and in the end was glad when her husband died and immediately took his place. The other three started having sex with him to get rid of their "husband". Then we have one partner who was dragged off to a circus or something.
After all, even the MC is a cheater's bastard.

I'm not really sure why we're comparing the vampires to the others. They weren't married or in that type of relationship, it was just purely subservience with the stronger vampire being in charge of the 3 weaker ones and also the one who turned them into vampires. That's a pretty typical vampire trope.
Not really comparable to Victoria being a blatant gold digger who was cheating on her husband and happy to replace him or Luthien seducing her daughter's boyfriend, and it's apparently not the first time that happened she just didn't go as far with the others.
