Not sure what game you've bveen playing but this is a NTR game, and the wife is the one leading the charge against the husband. She's basically become a slut and he's become a cuck. Kind of agree this game's story fell off kind of hard with her just becoming a loose slut. See, this is what happens when you hold CTRL the entire game. If you’d read the dialogue she teases the husband and asks for permission before she acts. He’d initially told the girl he’d need permission to mess around with her, but the wife encourages him to play with other women. Hell in the last update she called to get permission but ended up watching some fuck her husband without permission initially. Couple updates back, the husband penetrated Ms Syuri without a condom, something that Stephany wasn’t allowed to do yet at this point. The wife encouraged him to continue here as well.
They both play with others. They both talk about boundaries and push the other to go further. Sometimes the husband needs a push when he’s hesitant, but Stephany has been careful not to push too hard, too fast and has always asked him if he likes what’s happening and wants to see more. It’s a pretty mature relationship built on trust and exploration for BOTH individuals.
Lastly, if you really wanted to get nitpicky,it’s Oliver that hadn’t received permission to actually penetrate both of the women he’s had sex with at the time of penetration. Other things that I forgot to mention was the last 2 updates, Oliver has been 100% in complete control of every single situation. The Scene on the couch where Stephany is riding Arnold and the condom breaks... She immediately jumps up and apologizes after Oliver points out the condom broke. Then Oliver decides if he wants her to continue or not. He dictates when Stephany gets to play and IF she plays or not. The next scene with Arnold, its Oliver that pulls out and tells Stephany to ride Arnold. Later on in the same scene, he's the one that flips her over and tells Arnold how to fuck Stephany, but tells him that he can't cum in her. He later gave Arnold permission to have sex with her outside but again, didn't permit him to cum inside.
