I have been checking my savegames. Every day, exactly at 17:00, she should be sitting by the pool. That is the exact moment when you must talk to her. From that moment on, she should be added to your LI's list.

That is pretty much it, yeah. Once you have completed the storyline for every girl there is nothing else to do.

There is no need for a WT, but the game has one implemented.

What are you referring to? The futa trans?

She's not one of the main girls
You have to meet her in some stories, but you may not have sex with her.

In general you can completely leave out any of the main girls, giving up her story, they are not related to each other.
