Well patreon dont allow incest of any form,so if the game is on pateron it would have to be removed...meaning it should have a patch if there is in fact incest content,which is stated in the tags....

It still counts as incest if there is sexual content. But there isn't really any yet. Just tension build up for now.
Just because there is only one Family Member, for now, doesn't mean that there can't be any added for the future. I'm not saying this as a minor insider to the game. as far as I know, Sophie is the only and only incest possibility as far as I know.
All I am saying is that we don't know Domiek's full story yet and it is very early in development. Rumor has it that Sophie is about to get some story advancement in the next release. but that is a rumor on the official discord. It may or may not have been mentioned by Dom himself, but I am not at discord right now to verify.
Sit tight kiddo's cause Dom has a plan and from what little I know, it's going to be a fun story to unfold...

Correct, as @ninjabuntu put it, there's no incest patch because we havent broken any Patreon policies just yet. This update will be heading into murky waters.

The expressions are great, if that's what you're asking. I don't think they're over the top, like the one with his cousin laughing is how you'd expect someone to look while they're laughing really hard instead of just a stock smile like some games.

Don't worry, picture 3 is literally his cousin making a silly face and not a misinterpretation of a real human emotion. Picture 1 is from a scene I haven't triggered yet so I don't know the context, but in general the faces are matched to the characters and situations.
Now for more general talk about the game, I love that you have such different body models and characters here that are inspired by normal people and not straight up porn actresses, of course everyone is good looking but not to the extreme/ model level.
Personal favourites are Mama Maria and Amy.
Maria knows what she wants and how she gets it, she is somewhat dominant in it, but at the same time friendly and never turns into race baiting.
Amy is my absolute favourite looks, character, andprogression wise. She's not a milf from brazzers but more from next door, who has forgotten that she is hot and her husband is neglecting her what makes her doubt herself even more. But we will fix that. In short Milf + readhead + big boobs = perfect!
The Cousin is straight up fun and what I think everyone wants to have with a family member.
The bodybuilder (Jenna?) Her body rocks, but I cannot trigger the scene after the bench press fail so for me she's just angry, but has lots of potential for becoming a real bro to the MC, slowly melting in his arms or becoming somewhat of an antagonist. I hope for the first two.
The Bartista, I like her face, I hope she joins the gym and we can help her become more confident also the scene with that hipster was pure Kino.
The swimmer (Asian girl) can't say much about her because she does nothing for me, but I'm sure she has/ gets fans.
The MC is great how he is right now not a wimp or a creepy but also not an asshole. I hope the Developer can keep him like this and we don't digress into any of that three.
Gameplay wise the running around and hoping for something new to trigger is a bit annoying, but I don't have a suggestion on how to make that better so all in all it's good enough for the likeable cast of characters.
Thanks for that awesome summary! Btw, I hope the guide screen is minimizing the amount of times you have to run around waiting for triggers. If memory serves me right, the event after bench press fail is triggered at the gym locker around noon.

There's content with Sophie but if you're asking about sexy content, it's in the next update in two weeks.
