Ren'Py - Completed - Personal Trainer [v1.1.2] [Domiek]

I give 2 stars because renders are okay (I don't like soggy boobs though). The game itself is not that good, typical sandbox games where eventually things get really boring and repetitive.

I also agree with other ratings, the girls are all slut with zero personality. Corruption tag should have been removed, as if the girls weren't corrupted enough already.

I'm not a native speaker:
Personal Trainer is an average game with good looking renders, a lot of sex scenes and... that's it.
It tries to become something "big", with story dept, feelings and emotion, "impactant" choices, and etc, but back to my first phrase, it's just an average game with good sex scenes.
The story have a good start, good dialogues ultil mid-late game, that's when the author decides he wants to give "Plot twists" or bring climax with no context, abruptly ending the paths with just a message in the Hints option, no cutscene at all.
In a nutshell, this is a game to skip the dialogue and watch the sex scenes.

This game starts good... the characters are interesting and reaiistically gorgeous, the hint system is easy to follow . renders are top notch...
the humor is brillaint, but unfortunately mid way... it all goes south, with anti-climatic endings and the game returning to sandbox.

This game started as a quite humorous romp about a """gay""" guy getting a job at an all female gym with the express purpose of sleeping with as many of them as he possibly could. Along the way it found heart, and got more serious, with MC getting into genuine relationships with multiple women.

Most of the characters are enjoyable, and I found myself enjoying routes of girls I'd never in a million years go after in most games, partially because of the humor, and partially because of just how well they were written.

The main issue here is this game doesn't have a satisfying conclusion, it just stops. There are no epilogue endings that are necessary in my opinion to provide a satisfying conclusion to sandbox games. Hell, you don't even get to see the birth of your child for fucks sake.

This is no longer true of this game with the Steam release. There are now solid(ish) endings for at least some of the girls, but sadly most of them are completely pointless. I don't think anyone that was disappointed before is going to have a change of opinion from the Steam version.

To conclude this review, I think most people would enjoy this game over an afternoon or whatever, just don't expect it to blow your socks off.

Good Points
+Story is so basic and unorrignal but at least have some interesting characters.
+Animations and renders looks decent enough and DEV improve them with new updates.

Bad Points
-DEV just shut down game saying ''Completed'' with half. We dont get enough scene or content at all. I was waiting lots of scene with Dani for example but we just had one scene and everyting ended. We dont have any ending. At least DEV chould make endings but we dont have them at... Like he could show future scenes fast but we could know what happen but nothing, we just have nothing...
-Renders and animations improved with updates but they still not good enough. I hope DEV will make better job with his new game.

For The End
It was have big potencial but DEV just wasted. I saw he is making new game and i hope it wont be like this one or end like this one.

A very simple story but many scenes with hot characters. No need for a walkthrough because a help is integrated as well as a very practical gallery because some scenes make you want to be seen several times

Very good game that started as a "learning project" and gradually became something more for a lot of users.
The sandbox style is not my favourite but in this game is implemented decently and i never encontered a problem with the various events.
The models and animations are nice and well worth the download, the characters (with a few exceptions) are well developed and the general tone of the game is funny and light (again with rare exceptions).
Fair warning: the ending may result rushed/not satisfactory but nonetheless is present and that is something i appreciate.

TL;DR
Overall I reccomend this game and consider it an excellent first try and look forward to play future titles from the dev.

In itself a good game with nice gameplay.
The end though feels rushed and the story of only one girl feels finished, the other just feel ... not done. It is, in my opinion, a game that is not finished.

Sandbox, there are games that use it well by showing where the characters are directly, here we bother to search every day to find out where the characters are.

Almost all women have the IQ of an inflatable doll. (Completely slutty, moronic and weak-minded.)

Our protagonist in all of this, is only a profiteer, just think with his cock and pretend to be gay for how to fuck everyone, but at some point in the "story" it doesn't matter, we don't give a fuck, I stopped from that moment.

If you want to turn your brain OFF, this is definitely the game for you. If you are looking for a clever story and characters, then run away for your own good.

This game is amazing, the amount of boxes this game alone ticks for me is quite incredible.
So many great characters with great personalities and various body types, my absolute favorites being Amy and Sophie, their stories are the best in the game and very well written, and Sophies facial expressions and banter with the MC were the best thing in the game. I was a bit disappointed though that Mayan gets such a short screen time, when i started playing the game she seemed to be the most interesting, would love to see more of her.
The game also has a lot of repeatable content outside of the main character progressions, which is quite impressive to me, its clear that a lot of work went into this games design, also some of the later animations are really good with better camera angles and movements, especially compared to the animations at the beginning of the game.
Highly recommended.

one of the great Renpy I played everythng is perfect and its like going to the gym mood espacially the gyms are closed for corona so this replaces it lol. the women are hot. I Hope more content will be added asap.

I always passed this game up for some reason thinking it would just be awful. Well, I finally decided to give it a try and I gotta day it’s pretty good. I do recommend playing it. It’s got hot chicks, a few laughs, and It has a decent story. Two thumbs up

Just an amazing game. Great assets across a diverse field of women's body types, the redheaded MILF being a personal favorite (crossing fingers for lactation with the pregnancy), a functional and generally helpful in game hint system, repeatable scenes galore, the only minor complaint I can even think of is there are now so many non-story tidbit adult scenes keeping track of which you've seen is getting tough, hopefully they get added to the gallery too. Over time the game has continued to grow, bugs are addressed, new content added, with what's already there and with that continued growth it's definitely worth following and patroning.

I didn't expect much tbh but the game is actually really good! The animations are really nice and the renders are made well.
Don't let the front page fool you and just give it a try, you won't regret it!

-- Many of the jokes/one-liners/comebacks/smack downs are old, tired and we've heard it all before. At times it's as if a high schooler was yapping just to try to sound cool.

-- Depending on how one feels about PC language, this game may/may not peg the meter. Some of the stuff, IMO, goes beyond a tolerable boundary. For example, stereotyping the language of a Japanese woman (broken English and what reads like something from WWII era propaganda), or the "Southern" slang of a black woman ("sugga" ?? "boy" ??). It fails...hard.
- If you don't want to work hard at nabbing all the women, this game's for you. Just lay down some smack talk and they'll gladly let you do whatever. Surprised there is no harem tag.
-- Eroticism. None. Has all the standard porn speak of "bitches", "sluts", etc. There's no attempt to be romantic.
---- Penis renders. Ok, first time I've ever commented on this in a review, but good grief. In one shot the MC's penis is the size of a slug. In another shot it's the size of a crayon...then a straw. It's short, long, skinny, needle-like. Someone needs some help with perspective rendering.

If you're not demanding of an author in regard to script and like it when all the ladies give themselves to you without much of a struggle (I don't think there is actually any way successful copulation with any of the women can be avoided), then this game is worth a test drive.

story is decent. image quality is pretty good. the game is not grindy, and there is a decent amount of content in it so far. there's an in-game walktrhough and schedules for each character, so you wont be stuck at any point in the game. 5/5

Simply amazing. Dialogue is brilliant. Girls are varied. hint system is inspired. Just all over a great game to try out. I didnt want it to end and I will make sure i keep an eye out for this developers other work.

Who'd have thought one could find body positivity in a raunchy AVN? And it's not thrown out in our faces, preach-like. It's built in the character models - with realistic bodies, shapes and flaws - and the character arcs - they learn they can be desired as they are. There is more depth and feeling than I was expecting and I was pleasantly surprised.

Visually this AVN is also remarkable. Models are hot and come in all shapes and forms. Very much literally. Textures, poses and animations are all pretty good - on par if not, above average.

Story and renders aside, the playability is also something to sing praises about. The calendar coupled with a hint system make it so much easier to accomplish objectives - and even have fun. I found myself playing more, repeating scenes I knew were to happen, rather than skipping whole chunks of the day.

By itself, it easily deserves a 4/5, but for the things I said above which it does different (and better) than other similar games it earns an extra star.

Disclaimer: This is not my type of game. I played for just barely under an hour and have no intention to continue any time soon.

Since I only played for an hour, I can't speak for story all that much. From what little I did play, it seems each character has a parallel plot that occasionally tie together with the occasional progress check. While I personally prefer stories to be much more "on rails", this doesn't appeal to me but some people definitely like it. I've only followed the story path of one character, but I've already seen enough to tell that the writing is pretty good.

Renders: Beautiful. Most of the models I've seen don't appeal to me, but they are all high quality models. The models aren't the entirely reason the renders look so good. There's clearly been a lot of work in post and on the background of the scene to really make the renders look good.

Animations: I've only seen rather short animations without tons of moving parts, but they look good and it's almost always better to have some basic animation rather than none.
