it's not like it's an Agatha Christie murder mystery, but Amy's husband is caught, with evidence, raping his patients after putting them to sleep, I'd say his hands are pretty much tied in the face of Amy's revengeOk. I have seen many things here. Like Hitler's sex or super violent sex or NTR.
But Amy route in that game just take everything except Hitler's mustaches and combined it in one thing.
