Not 100% sure but I think patreon already got some Hirai Mika scenes? Got the patreon version yesterday so have not worked my way through enough yet.
Correct, the Hirai/Mika phone messages are now in the game, but no larger scenes just yet. There is a lot of other new stuff, though.
There are four flashback scenes for each girl that you need to track down before you unlock the sex scenes with the girls. The flashback scenes themselves are a mix of things; largely sexual but not 100%.

I'm having trouble of opening the game, I'm a mac user and is there anything I can do to open the game?
It seems to be tied to using the skip feature. So i tried playing w/out touching it and now it doesn't freeze on dialogue.
To have the harem ending, do I have to keep the 3 girls balanced? because i passed 100 with shizu but i got the ending with emi?? I don't understand what happened :S
Uh, did you download the Mac version? If so, I think it should be easy enough. I don't actually have a Mac device so I haven't been able to see how that works in person.
I suspect that you might have a broken download of the Windows version. I'd still recommend going for Windows if you can redownload and try again, because the HTML may feature engine bugs I can't purge because I can't replace the NW.js files in it.
Ah, yes, the skip feature is a bit problematic. I would like to remove it, really, since I have a better "skip scene" feature I built into the game anyway, but I know players expect to have a skip and wouldn't like losing it.
There's no harem ending in the game yet; there will be eventually, but there's a lot more stuff to come before we get there.
Getting past 100 in the stats won't, by itself unlock an ending - you need to actually get the girl's sex scene, which is unlocked by having 100 love and trust, as well as seeing all four flashbacks for her. That said, while Shizu's sex scene and a lot of post-sex scene content is in the game, her ending isn't finished yet, so you can't unlock that yet.
Only Emi and Nobuko have endings right now, but when the harem ending is eventually unlocked it'll actually be done by unlocking all the different endings across all runs of the game, because the game will remember if you've unlocked endings in previous runs, unless you delete the persistent data.
