The electronics shop in the mall. Buy some batteries, offer to put them in your guardian's alarm clock and you get the opportunity to have a snoop in her room (thus increasing Daring).
You can also get a point of Daring by peeking on your guardian in the shower of a morning.
Once Daring is high enough, it will trigger an event at school that will begin the sissification process. Which makes bugger-all sense now that the nonconsensual content has been excised, but begin it will. Once the main sissification plot has commenced, your teacher will tell the bullies to stop stealing your money. Because she knew all along that a group of students were mugging other students.

I did that but still couldn't get daring high enough. Gave up and deleted. Got plenty of other games.
Imagine being filtered by some fucking batteries.
Now I understand why "Wait a minute, that card..." exists.
I suspect there may be a hardware error somewhere between your chair and keyboard.
Replacing batteries and snooping gives one point of Daring. Peeking on your guardian in the shower gives another. The school event that begins sissification triggers at Daring 2. Buy batteries and snoop on the afternoon of the first day, peek in the shower on the morning of the second, and you'll be off to the races when you go to school that day.
So knock it off with the, "I tried it but it didn't work!" bullshit. If you had actually tried it, it would have worked. I literally just started up a new game and did it myself just now. Took me about five fucking minutes to get to the point you claim you can't get to (and it would have been even less if I didn't visit the friend after school).
If you aren't going to bother following people's advice, why ask for it?

Why was the Use of Hormone therapy (Estogen) not used on MC?
THESE Are All JUST Ideas; Different Options of how to do It.
1.) It could have been introduced by Mom/Guardian (from work at Clinic)
- tell MC half-truth that she is working on a new 'drug' and needs his help. (bloodwork)
- since MC sometimes works at the Clinic; she could offer to pay him $50.
- This Can be introduced After 'Guardian' catches MC with the 'ass-fucking' dildo event.
2.) The Best Friend(male/female) has the means & resources ($$) to unbeknownst to MC, 'drug' his food
/drink during visits; for their Own purposes. (make MC More Girly)
- the Best Friend could decide to 'supplement' MC's food/drink with pill(s) after 1st dress up visit.
** I Like THIS Route Best. It makes/Gives the Best Friend a MORE 'Proactive role' to feminize MC.
Always felt the 'Best Friend' path was under-developed; wanting to explore their own 'sexual interest' with MC.
3.) The Teacher Could order MC to 'visit' Her Dr. and have Dr. prescribe MC hormone pills.
(as ruse of Better health, and to improve concentration & Focus)
3a.) Or Teacher Could Flat out Order MC to Take Meds Daily as part of 'Training'.
- Optional: Develop something for Beauty Shop where MC is ordered to get a Hormone Shot/patch (weekly ??)
(ex.; Teacher: "I will deduct $5* from debt everyday you take your pill/Meds.")
*($30 if weekly shot/patch)
- This Can be Introduced Anytime after 'Bra & panties' or 'remove body hair' demand.

The treatments available at the salon offer the player greater customisation than a substance that just increases general "femininity" (not really how it works IRL, but that's probably what implementation would look like).
Try to look at it this way: what would estrogen add to the game that it doesn't already have?
Well, estrogen doesn't change someone's DNA either. Though, if hormone therapy were going to be introduced, the therapist would be the most plausible avenue. And with the hypno stuff being removed, it might actually give that character something to do.
I wonder if you've played the game Secretary? It uses some kind of mysterious "liquid diet" - with a financial incentive - to introduce hormones to the MC. If you like this game, you'll love Secretary.

Yes I have played it. I like it.
What I Like about "Secretary", and dislike/Hate about Most Sissification games, Is the MC Is Not a whiney-ass POS.
The MC Knows the position He is in and He 'deals with it'. ofcourse, the drugs (candy) help too.
I have pretty much played All the feminization games.

Can't Really say, TBH. I had played the Original Version up to(.98 & .99)
- Cheer team heading to 1st Expo. (EoC was getting on Bus), then EVERYTHING went to Hell! (Patreon Fucking Shit up).
* I Kinda found It Hard to Play the Patreon "Censored" version (.995 to present) without vomitting.

"LK9imagePack" is for a modded version... I'm not sure what images it contains, or if it will work properly with the gitHub code/files. I used the normal version. You can try it I suppose, but I would use a download from OP or tfgames site.
Yes, that is how to move the Images folder.
1) Download and unzip GitHub version.
2) Download and unzip current version (for images).
3) Move Images folder from current into GitHub version folder.
4) Open PE.html and play.

Again, I don't know how frequently they update the github - last update was Dec 4th, v1.2700. Hopefully they continue updating it (I don't see why they wouldn't)
Current version shows that they removed incest, hypno/mindcontrol/blackmail.
GitHub version includes all of those options. It also has an option for "Questionably consensual sex" which you can check - but if you mouseover, it says "Not implemented properly yet"
