I started over with a new game using 0.8101 (since my pre-0.8100 saves generated too many scripting errors). I've reached the point where the MC has just gotten his first point with Lauren. (Quick aside: I love all of the new friend, cheer, and Lauren content!) But I've noticed that, despite the (female) best friend divulging her interest in manga/anime traps and appearing to have an attraction to the sissy MC, my score with the friend remains at zero. Is this a bug or is it working as intended?

Unfortunately the devs have confirmed that saves from before .8100 are not compatible. Too many sweeping changes to the code and they couldn't account for it all.

I can't seem to get further than Friend 1. In previous games I've gotten to 7, so I've obviously missed yet another friend-related trigger.

i think it's depending on your Daring
and also how much Perversion you have on mother and teacher

Different bug, actually. I don't think the new friend content has a tracker in it yet. So, that number just isn't updating. Watching porn is no longer needed to advance friend. Scene 1 happens on your first visit. Scene 2 happens after you try to bribe the teacher. Scene 3 happens after you snoop in friend's sister's room, Scene 4 happens after you read the manga. Scene 5 happens after you go to friend's house with obvious feminine traits (clothes, makeup, waxed legs, etc.)

There are some small changes in the current content, as in PC receiving a pair of friend's panties rather than friend's sister's. In the longer term, gender choice will affect how much expertise the friend has when it comes to matters of feminization. For example, if PC asks friend to help him wear makeup, femFriend will be able to help much easier than maleFriend

Sounds like a bug. If I had to wager a guess, there's no code supporting the old "perversion level" levels in the new friend content, so it never increments. I would wager that the friend's debug triggers don't do anything anymore either. Sometimes the code comes in kind of hot and we don't quite have enough time to get smaller things like debug stuff in (cheer's debug controls just happened this update). I'll add it to our list of stuff to add in the next update on trello.

This line is actually just a hold over from the previous friend version that we missed (thought it does kind of work for the current one). It has been cut from the new version.

To be serious though, I'd rather it not be shared on here, but I'm not going to be super agressive against it. It's not like I don't know what forum I'm on. I'll tell you a secret though (now that we've added new content to the avatar). You can use an old version's avatar folder and get almost all the avatar images (just missing the cheerleader outfits). You might get some broken images for the parts you're missing though.

Pretty much mandatory. It's the core theme of the game. Maybe try The Company if you want more of a choice.

There are one key point that I can think of: to progress the guardian, at some point you have to use a dildo to anally masturbate.
The other thing I can think of is if you don't wear a dress to school, the story won't progress, but you will end up getting plenty of bimbo-worthy plastic surgery, so was it really worth fighting all this time?

Progress is supposed to end there for now. The friend rewrite is not complete yet.

I've gotten through most of the new friend arc and I like the re-work.

I don't like how so many things are forced, and the protagonist is left with no options in a lot of situations. Or if there are options, it's a case of shitty option, or if you refuse even shittier option.

Also, the mother in this game is just fucking stupid. When it got to the mother taking things over, I stopped playing. It's just too ridiculous at that point.
