Especially since nobody even watches porn if you ask them xDthere is no way you can say that the porn industry has had such a large impact on the general population to call it brainwashing.

Nice to know ....... no not reallyI shave my pubes (pits and groin) every day. Some days I shave my pubes but let my facial hair grow out another day. Has nothing to do with whether I think wifey is going to give me some that night. it is just habit and comfort.
LOL sorry if that was TMI, I just was pushing back on the assertion that NO ONE SHAVES EVERY DAY. I am a case in point.Nice to know ....... no not really
Yes, yes the porn industry does and has impacted our culture. How could it possibly not? TV, movies, music, all pop culture changes and molds our tastes, but adult entertainment somehow is immune? Nonsense. I'm saying that we are culturally conditioned, and your saying 'no were not, its just cause of all the porn we watch'. Exactly. Dudes grow up seeing things and fapping to them, you don't think that influences what they like? You don't think what men learn to like influences women? C'mon people.there is no way you can say that the porn industry has had such a large impact on the general population
I said the porn industry with all its influence has damn near no overall effect on the general population mainstream media does though and they never pushed shaved. you mistake me saying the influence it has simply does not add up to the BRAINWASHING you purport it to be with no influence at all. the list of products I posted are examples of exactly what you describe but in the case of shaving pubes the largest possible influence simply does not reach the masses enough to do the type of influence you're talking about!Yes, yes the porn industry does and has impacted our culture. Further, you say 'maybe for armpit hair' when replying to me and I specifically mentioned armpit hair earlier.
I'll end by repeating what I said before - I don't care what people are into or not into - at all. I just want to correct the record, everything about ourselves is influenced by our environment, including aesthetic preferences in our mates. I'm not saying anyone is better or worse objectively.
I know what you said. Its wrong. If you think porn is just a for a few weirdos, you are wrong. Porn is mainstream, has been for decades.I said the porn industry with all its influence has damn near no overall effect on the general population
that statement is most definitely incorrect! 1) the porn industry has had a very short life as being available to all because of the internet. not even half a generation. don't forget 15 yrs ago more than half the population didn't have a computer that kills your premise of general distribution of porn. you may want to look at stuff from over 20 yrs ago the pubes were not shaved which again goes contrary to your statementI know what you said. Its wrong. If you think porn is just a for a few weirdos, you are wrong. Porn is mainstream, has been for decades.
Also, I never said brainwashing.
It's interesting that people somehow find ways to keep the the hair on their heads clean and hygienic but for some strange reason those same means can't be used on hair in the groin area?besides a small few who don't value hygiene *shots fired*
Bro, I was alive 15 years ago. And looking at porn. Along with almost every single one of my male friends, except maybe 2 who where very Christian. But thanks for the reminder.the porn industry has had a very short life as being available to all because of the internet. not even half a generation. don't forget 15 yrs ago more than half the population didn't have a computer that kills your premise of general distribution of porn.
I agree with your point, but I'm pretty sure that guy you quoted was joking...or at least trying to lighten the mood :angel:It's interesting that people somehow find ways to keep the the hair on their heads clean and hygienic but for some strange reason those same means can't be used on hair in the groin area?
I guess people just can't think laterally.
I'd say this is because there are certain areas of your body where you sweat more than others. For example I've heard things like ball sweat before, but not scalp sweat x'DIt's interesting that people somehow find ways to keep the the hair on their heads clean and hygienic but for some strange reason those same means can't be used on hair in the groin area?

your hair on top don't get sperm or piss in it.It's interesting that people somehow find ways to keep the the hair on their heads clean and hygienic but for some strange reason those same means can't be used on hair in the groin area?

Mine doesn't but there are those that do.your hair on top don't get sperm or piss in it.
was meaning trimmed not shaven. but both are more hygienic, and yes you can wash them but a full bush gets dirtier faster during the day that the other two. you would have to wash a full bush multiple times to keep up with the cleanliness of shaved and trimmed. although downside to shaved is ingrown hairs. so trimmed would be the way to. kinda like with facial hair, the longer it is the more you have to clean it or it is disgusting.Mine doesn't but there are those that do.
I am guessing that the people using 'shaved is hygienic' wild card have heard of these recent inventions call 'cleaning products', they are quite amazing and depending on which one(s) you use you can clean anything simple dirt to industrial strength grease & oils from anything.
I'm not stating that people should like public hair or that they should like things shaved, but to use a reason like 'hygiene' to justify one point of view or the other is just being silly as it's easy enough to be hygienic with either of the two options and anything in between. If you're shaved and don't wash around that area then you can still run into similar issues as those that have pubic hair and don't wash do, being 'shaved' doesn't magically keeps you hygienic.
I only need to clean my beard once a day, regardless of it's length.was meaning trimmed not shaven. but both are more hygienic, and yes you can wash them but a full bush gets dirtier faster during the day that the other two. you would have to wash a full bush multiple times to keep up with the cleanliness of shaved and trimmed. although downside to shaved is ingrown hairs. so trimmed would be the way to. kinda like with facial hair, the longer it is the more you have to clean it or it is disgusting.
