Man I need more of this game like ASAP and I know he said he’s doing college rn but it’s been a good long while since the last update I hope the update he is working on is a good sizable update too

You don't need the patch, in fact, it'll give you trouble (and I mean crashes) later on.
If you start a new game, input "family" when asked and you're done.
For old saves you can use the patch I made, that isn't listed in the OP:

Ok, so I just went through this game and I really enjoyed it. A lot of these type games progress at a glacial pace. So much so that it seems really irritating. This had enough stuff that I felt like it was more realistic. You throw a bunch of horny teenagers together that didn't grow up together, no telling what can happen. The story was interesting. The models are beautiful. The sex was hot. I like that the situations were set up so they went pretty far, but not so far as to make it unbelievable. The sibling rivalry and the setup for more advanced sibling rivalry over the attentions of the new arrival/brother was well staged. Look forward to more story and more adventures. I would suggest the addition of an option for the Mom to request the MC to call her Mommy. It's more intimate and plays up to the abandonment issues the MC should have. Don't take out the Mom stuff, just add the option of Mommy, everybody has their own preferences. Maybe do the Mom request were you do it and later add the Mommy option?
funny and really really good stories. not the :"hey i see a pussy, why is my dick inside her now?" type. and really much more pics with expressions and so on. not like the others with a show of 10 sec lag or something. i hope he will continue.

Since the dev hasn't declared it to be 'on hold' it isn't.
And he is communicating about it even on this board - see six messages above yours - so everything's alright. Just might take a while...
