Most likely they meant unlock, but in the off chance... I've used galleries as a milestone markers. When I see I've done the last scene in the gallery I know I'm somewhat close to the end the update/game. Then make a few saves before the end in case the next update bonks last save, I'll have something close.

I know the Unlock code in the OP (under cheat code section) gives you access to unlock gallery button. If you click the unlock, it opens the gallery up and changes button to lock to relock it later. Not sure if it relocks all or just the one you never saw. Seems easiest solution is unlock/lock all.

Usually to reset a gallery you need to delete the games persistent file, which is found in the savegame directory.
Keep in mind that RenPy uses two savegame dirs.
One is in the games subdirectory called game\save
The other one in this case you find in %appdata%\RenPy\Photo_Hunt-1554204083

Go to Evelyn at friday evening, choose talk or kiss/shout as first and "make photos for Roberts" will appear as second choice during that event.
Then go to library and study with Jenny, Roberts will appear there and he gets photos.

Click the PC icon at home map. It is also where you will do Evelyn's model/porn shoots when you get to that point.
