You need to first cure Jaina and then get information from her about the Saturday reception ( Meeting with the Governor in the new port )

I cured Jaina, I'm in the new port Santa-Castilia, but all I can do is ask Jaina to go to work in the morning, then in the evening she doesn't talk about the governor. "Meet the governor" is my only quest active at the moment.
