Thanks to everyone, here and elsewhere, who put the work in to make this available. I love that whoever did the English translation also translated the various comments the girls make. Although, for some reason, I'm not seeing any translations from Ritsuko. If that's a known bug with a simple fix, maybe someone can let me know. But that's a minor point; the main thing is a lot of work went into making this available to people like me, and I appreciate it.
Is there a thread on this website or elsewhere, to help with finding mods for cards? Some of the cards I've downloaded seem to be missing things but unlike HS2 I don't see what is missing when loading the card it just replaces stuff with vanilla clothes/items. Thanks!

The latest repack from ScrewThisNoise includes a POV mod which you can cycle through all the active characters on the screen with ctrl+f IIRC.

Yeah the latest version should be that one from around June 2021.
I don't 100% remember if it was included, but the default one in the repack uses P (head doesn't move) and O (head moves).
Otherwise check if it includes the "PHMOD_FPSView" mod, the shortcuts are these:
Ctrl+V = adjust the lens
Ctrl+F = Switch first person (Male --> Female)
Hold right-click to fine-tune the lens
