This game is being remade with a new plot so this demo is practically useless now plus if you guys are wondering there wont be any sex scenes in the demo or in the remake the devs said.
The project has been around for quite a while. I highly doubt that Nintendo isnt aware of it.
This is a VN that in no way serves as competition (Like those pokemon hack/projects) nor its porn which Nintendo sees in a bad light.
Now this project has had an slow pace and even went silent for a year.
They originally planned for a 2 year timeline for the game (Not development but ingame time) but they realizer that would make finishing the project near impossible so they have reduced the scope to a few months and a weekly schedule system.
It has a long way to go but the new scope makes it more feasible.
Honestly, i do like the idea of this game. And having no explicit content does help getting Nintendo off their back.
Because let be honest here, a faithful Pokemon visual novel with sexual content is like asking to get smited by the family-friendly overlord.
Most of the stuff that get pass the radar are only parodies and short flash games.
So really, i rather see it completed than to disappear into the void for being too ambitious.
Assuming that this doesnt get deleted later for infringing something, this would be my definition of a huge play. Though, I love Diamond/Pearl more than pretty much any other generation, still excited~
Alright, I'm interested. Despite the fact that this clearly has no sexual content, I'm digging the concept and art.
It's about time Red gets another chance to shine.
And to address one of the biggest (and rather oddest) plot points that the games continue to perpetuate, the protagonists aren't almost-sickeningly optimistic, gullible, and nearly-defenseless children this time around (I say defenseless because, let's face it, in a real-world situation, that kid would be smacked senseless or worse before they can even say, "GO! Ditto!" let alone toss the damn pokeball. Yeah... sorry, I don't mean to be a downer here, but there's a lot of people who would point out worse things potentially happening in a world were "villains" like Team Magma or Team Skull (lol, who am I kidding? Those guys are shitters. Giovanni and Gary Oak were more of a threat, honestly) are the least of a child prodigy's worries.
Oh. Sorry... went off on a tangent there. I mean.... the games ARE technically geared towards "all ages".... Would be pretty shocking for kidnapping or worse to happen in one of these. /shrug
Anyway.... Just gonna throw that out there, again.... NO sexual content. Seems quite a bit of responses indicated that either tags were missing or incorrect (or... just not seen?) when this first was posted. I don't mind that there isn't, though.
EDIT: OK.. I just re-read the above and realized that it took a DARK turn there.... my apologies. :/
Even with no sexual content, I really enjoyed the demo. I'll be keeping an eye on this and hope it reaches completion before nindendon't sends their DMCA.
I wasn't sure if there would be sexual content or not a friend recommended this game to me it's got an amazing story and I knew there wasn't any sex in this version due to it being a demo so I thought it'd be in a later version if anyone can confirm if it'll have sex later or not let me know

I like it. It’s a feel good visual novel dating sim. The lack of H-scenes isn’t a bother as long as the story is great. I have complaints about the game, but the main issue is fickle updating schedule. No problem with devs taking time, but still even they admit it lacks content. I’m just hoping to see an actual route finished before 2030 (just A joke don‘t get defensive).
after all unlike certain a Pokémon character, we do get older.
