At which section of the map(game) do you get the first opportunity you can acquire (wild) a Machop?
Route 10, but you can get an Alpha Machoke on Mt. Granite (Dynamic Punch, Stone Edge, Bullet Punch, Payback).

About your relationship with Jamie, you can't do anything else not even intimate moments as a couple, right? After her quest, what else you can do?
Have you given her a Blue Wing? Relationships are also a Work in Progress, so they're limited right now.

Already did give her the blue wing, l assume the game is still in progress and there is no content for her after her quest. l can't even have sex with her, only during the quest where she follows you.
No, but Jamie can be rematched after the event on Route 5 and the other Gym Leaders are planned to have rematches eventually.

Is your version up to date (4-2-2022 + 4-25-2022 Patch)? Are you on PC or Mobile?
PC, I just saw that my version is 4-2-2022, I guess I'll need to download the patch to repair it, thanks mate
It's a missed opportunity that the protag doesn't lay eggs from mating, unless that's already a feature added deep in a changelog somewhere.

There is a mechanic implemented but it's a bit more indirect then what you were suggesting, make your way to Argent City to the lab of Dr. Wankenstein (his PHD status is questionable but I digress) he will take the semen from the last Pokémon Allie boned and use it to fertilize an egg hatching a level 1 version of whatever Pokémon it was Allie screwed last. That includes Zapdos by the way. I do hope in a future update Dr. Wankenstein (still no idea what he's actually a Doctor of but regardless) I don't know has you help him test an experiment that crosses a humans reproductive system with a Ditto's allowing Allie to lay Pokémon eggs as an example of how it could happen.
