Ice cave is on route 3. You need to bring certain pokemon to be able do descend there.

Can I get out using DEBUg mode?

You absolutely can. First option on debug mode, map teleport.

do any of these pokemon have hidden abilities for example can i catch a shit ton of totodile until i get his strong jaw hidden ability or do they just have the basic ability?
