I had been playing for about 10 hours, I don't want to start over, and apparently Drakaiden is an important pokemon with future events. How can I open debugging mode?

Make a shortcut of the .exe and open the shortcuts properties, then go to Target and type debug at the end (add a space between whats already in there. Once its on you should notice when you open the shortcut it'll open another window. To open the debug menu, I'm pretty sure its f9 to open the menu)
Once you get your bearings with debug mode, try not to break your game by resetting the map and messing with the switches and variables
You dont need to, save files will not be lost between updates.

game brings so many good memories, to the point that I I'm thinking of buying a Switch and the latest Pokémon game.
I found some bugs, that lead me to stop playing. First the mall event is a black screen during the adult content, is that normal? and after the event the save button vanished. so I restarted and skipped for now
Second is Gardevoir event in the hot spring is also a black screen. are they non-complete ?

Not a bug, CG's arent made for those events yet.
After next update (New city and fourth gym) Dev will spend an entire update making CG's for previous events that dont have any yet.
So Those events are just text at the moment.

The Casino card game, I've seen this kind of card game before and fell in Love, did the dev make special for this game? is it available in Original new Pokémon games? Cuz I know they weren't in the old ones.
Also where is it originally from? I know I've seen it before on one of the FF games.
Like mentioned in the previous comment, Triple Triad is from Final Fantasy 8 (One of the few good things about FF8, LOL)
Final fantasy 9 had a similiar card game in Tetra Masters.... Buuuuut we dont talk about Tetra Masters.

this new version wont run, keeps saying "No game scripts specified (missing Game.ini?)" but there's a file with that name right beneath the .exe, Can anyone help?

She will be found again in the next city. You will miss out on some affection points wich might cause you to lose out on certain events now.

Gardevoir's side quest reminds me that this franchise being so SFW except for that one manga, you really don't see how some pokemon are reaaally scary or straight up threats if they weren't so pacific.
That quest in particular tells you most people (in that world) forget that.
