Well if you want to attract more than just ntr/sharing crowd then I suggest you start introducing other main heroines fast and give them as much spotlight as you gave Lillie. A lot of people wouldn't really want her once Liam is done with her so we need other women who will receive as much screentime as her. Otherwise it risks being one of those games where main character bangs irrelevant sidepieces who barely get any air time otherwise and the main heroine who is on the screen all the time gets banged by someone else. That's a pretty frustrating trope.

Besides the way I understand polyamory (I could be wrong), you have a relationship between 2 persons, they decide to look for someone more, someone they both trust and want in their relationship, making that relationship that started with 2 persons a 3 persons relationship where all of them love and trust all the partners, and if someone wants to add another one to the relationship but the other partners don't like him/her it won't happen, because to them is more important the relationship of trust and love they got than fucking with someone that one of them fancy. Not quite. That's one form of pokyanory, but to be frank, it's rare. There are couples out there searching for a third, but those thirds are frequently referred to as unicorns because they're incredibly rare and may not even exist.

Polyamorous relationships can take lots of forms. Sometimes each partner has separate partners, sometimes they share (once again, rare).

You are correct about the importance of trust between everyone involved. However, some relationships have vetoes and some don't. The relationships I've had in the past have been veto free, although I do make it perfectly clear if someone I'm involved with starts dating someone I don't like, and I would expect the same from her.

Honesty and communication are also core, although that should be for any relationship, not just poly. If the woman I'm dating does something with someone else, I expect her to tell me about it, and I would do the same. I don't need blow by blow commentary, but I do expect her to share important details, whether it's just sex or they're considering more.

Okay I had to try it myself to see is that liam so creepy and it is. It looks like this game is not for me.
Reading comments to that big tip I expected for real big money, but couple of hundreds and girl falls all over that creep, you don't even get decent hooker with so little money.
Talking about bdsm on first dates is always a good idea, and a girl who has never tried it is fully involved after one drink.

Nobodies raging. I actually asked not to change and stick with original. It was freeloaders that demanded change and we got this crap rewrite that just another dick addicted cum slut like so many others.

She was partying with Aunt because she could not say no to her Aunt which made her to tired to work properly,(dialogue from date at bar). How did she end up with piercings that made masterbating easier.

Only thing I pissed off about is writer threw his great original story into bin for all the raging Harem boys that wanted all the women for MC and the rewrite wont even satisfy them.

Go back read dialogue of date again and go back to when she first came out to meet liam she was mess as she coming out before even seeing him and her legs started shaking as soon as she heard his voice,,,even before anything transpired, seriously. MC passes it off as shyness but after hearing her history on date that makes zero sense and way she acted on date is not shy or innocent. The character she shows to MC in no way equates to character everywhere else.

EDIT Also as a paying customer who has paid for a particular product I have every right to be annoyed when a different product is delivered and express dissatisfaction while asking for the product they paid for be properly delivered. So if someone comes an read the overview of the game they will think they have a say in the relationship with Lilli but it doesn't seems like the case here. If for example, I try to sell you a potato, show you a photo of a potato, write to you an overview describing the potato and when you got it, it is a rock, would you still eat it? or would you complain? the same can be applied here.

But reading the comments it seems like Lillie the sister/best friend of the MC falls for Liam after he lets her some huge tips and only then she agreed to go to a date with him, making it sound like a gold digger, I'm not saying she is or that the creator of the game intended her to be that way, but it's the impression that some people got after playing it (I didn't play it because I usually don't play V0.1 of games but the renders seems good so I'm following the thread). So in a polyamory relationship, in the way I see it, would you trust a girl or boy that seems to be a gold digger? Because I wouldn't trust him/her and without trust there is no relationship.

So making one of the female leads and love interest, if not the female lead, untrustworthy won't appeal to people looking for harem/solo/poly/other too much. But that's what I think.

you're right, that's just what you think. As for me, I don't mind if I don't get the girl or losing the girl to some other guy at the first stage of the story as long as I still can get her in the end or even if I don't get her at the end. That will make the story feels real. You can't expect to always get the good things or anything that you want at first sight, that's just what all harem boyz wants, a fantasy. That's not real. Polyamorous relationship CAN NOT involve cheating, and MUST involve all the people already in that relationship to be in AGREEMENT of a new member entering the triangle/circle/etc...

This could be solved easily if Liam wasnt a bag of dicks with a "50 Shades of Shit" fixation... say Liam was actually James (the dad from Our Fate "the good version"), and the MC was also Bi-sexual, both he and his sister/friend were attracted to James, boom he can enter the poly-relationship with no fucks given by people who actually DO WANT POLY CONTENT.

Alright, soooo everyone is forgetting that this is version 0.1b thats ZERO . ONE B and in all honesty maybe only 1% of the story and only 1% of the content planned.
Is this game for everyone? No, but from the positive comments we get, there are people who enjoy it.
Does this happen when other developers post their very first copy/demo of a game that has 0 content in it yet or is it just because I am actually trying to engage people on here?
If you need YOUR Harem and can't handle a story involving a woman who is interested in something besides YOUR dick, then I'm sorry but this game doesn't seem like it is for you as it treats everyone equally and fairly just like society but with a porn twist.

Is Liam a rapist/creep? No, he owns his own company and helps the 2 main characters out with their freshly started one with guidance and wisdom.
Does he get close to Lillie for awhile? Yes and in doing so opens up an entire arc of new experiences that she wouldn't have otherwise explored.

We didn't include a skip button in their content with the update because we wanted to emphasize that he was not "buying her off" and that she was interested because he was kind to her and was there for her at the beginning.

I think this post illustrates the frustration of the developer especially when you compare it to his previous posts. I also think it was last post and he was replying frequently to comments. It really did get ugly in here quick. My suggestion is don't change your story it seems that this is the story that you and your partner want to tell. As evident from some of the posts in your defense there seems to be an audience for what you are doing. I posted earlier (and hopefully it was viewed as at least courteous) that I felt the description was misleading and just made a suggestion that I thought would bring you a bigger audience. So don't change your story, change the description to give a better understanding of what your work is about. As the description stands you are attracting an audience that will not appreciate your story. Your posts stating that you were going to make changes to the story (specifically regarding Liam) in your next update kept these same people checking back. So you ended up with one round of hate posts initially and a second round with the update. This story is not my thing; but I hope you don't become discouraged, I hope you don't give up. You obvious care about what you are creating and are trying to make something original. So even though I may stay away from this particular project, it could be that your next project becomes one of my favorites. So Moose Steaks I wish you and your partner good luck and I hope you hang tough. To other people who wish to make comments, I would just like to suggest that it would be to all our benefit to keep these comments civil (and I am not suggesting all the comments have been uncivil.) Polyamory does not mean everyone is in a relationship with each other. All it means is

At this stage of game there is no Poly relationships. Lillie and MC are not in a relationship. At this stage I would say only relationship is Lillie and Liam. The MC casual sex is far from relationship and made no effort to form any attachment, commitment or know about each other.

I had no problems with version 1 Liam and still don't get hate he coped but version 1b Liam does have creepy traits. Then again I had no problem with version 1 Lillie but dislike version 1b Lillie and the whole date scene left me disliking both of them and for first time felt Lillie betrayed MC badly (though not for reasons most people did).

I get why it's getting all the backlash. (Ignoring the bs from people who're against the very idea of a character interested in someone other than you despite it being a polyamory setting)

The MC 'appears' to be a total wimp.

1. Sleeps on the couch permanently, they don't switch every other day.

2. Despite me selecting both options to be cool about Lillie and Liam i'm apparently still getting "pangs of jealousy". After banging 'beach girl' we could have seen Lillie getting bothered about us coming late. Keeps it balanced. Intead it's just us watching Lilly get butterflies in her stomach after getting big tips/ called a pet by Liam.

3. The focus of the very first release is MC's reactions to Lilly/Liam. What about 'beach girl' you say? She has no name yet, apparently just interested in casual hookups. Just looks like a bone thrown to the MC to make the release look balanced.

4. MC and Lillie don't have good interactions. They don't go out on a park to relax. Don't share thoughts with each other. I literally don't feel any reason to stick with Lillie and not ditch her for Emma when she appears.

5. MC isn't even active. The only action he gets is when 'beach girl' approaches him/drags him to the bathroom/asks him out. Put that in contrast to the Rich guy Liam who swoops in and has the MC's potential partner weak in her knees. If you remove the hookup with the beach girl it looks like MC will be eating out Liam's cum from his pet's pussy after a few updates.

I don't want the developers to feel like i'm not interested in the poly theme of the game and just ranting. I'm genuinely interested but the MC feels like a doormat in the plot with no face, no personality.

I hope i'm proved wrong and it doesn't turn out to be a jealous fest.

I think that the dev's need to stay with their original vision of the story. I said that I'd try the game again after a few updates or a rewrite, but it seems that in trying to fix the problem it just got worse. I'm not telling the dev's to cater to me. I understand that everyone has their kinks. Good luck dev's andremember it's your story not ours. So do what you want with it. Either we will play it or we won't. Just like every other game. Also don't take everything that is posted here to seriously, you wont please everyone.
