I honestly cant say that this update was a positive it just seemed to have a few extra lines which to me didnt really help change or understand anything. No option to stop Liam that was disappointing.

Lillie oversharing info way to fast, it felt like she trusted Creepy Liam more then she does MC.

There need to be more information on why there is a 5 year gap between Lillie and MC, cuz to me that might help explain why it feels like they are strangers trying to get to know other, then what ever we the player define their relationship as.

When they head home why do they just call it a night? If one of the goals is to get her to be a lover for MC why dont they talk and chill at home? That would also help to establish more what they feel for each other (and not a quick flash of jealousy when they see each other with someone else) also help with understanding that 5 year gap and a chance to not have her leave the place with Liam (for those who want to stop it).

Lillie seems to easily turned on by him (be it because of the huge tip or not) which kinda cheapens her.

And if we choose to be rude to Liam on the first choice with him, why is it not brought up what your relationship is with Lillie by either of them, after Liam says "nothing at all". Be it family/friend/other is something that should be established if your choosing to be rude to him.

I would like to compliment the devs for this game. I know it took a lot of hard work to make. The character models are beautiful and the background scene renders are excellent. I actually kind of like how the storyline was conceived. This game is not like most other standard default [MC's parents die, so he goes to live {insert standard mom's friends family here} type game where there are a ton of these types of games out there. So in that sense I applaud the devs for their originality on this game.

no..it is their game..if this is how they want to tell their story respect them for it and move along to other games as i have..those of us who are not interested have no need to remain here trying to get the game altered to suit us...there are 139 pages of games to choose from and something to suit every person here's tastes..so it is best..to leave this game to those who are enjoying it and not clutter their thread anymore.

I tried it before this update, I had and still have many of the concerns most do. Liam is a tool! The fact that I can turn sex down but still not have the chance to stop them? I mean come on. I am only speaking for myself here but, I would like the chance to start something with her not be forced to watch her basicaly ask this Jackass to eat her out. I agree that the developers should tell whatever story they want and those of us that do not like the story will move on. I think the point of a civil critique is to let them know what some fans want. I know that the story has been out only a couple of days but everyone can read all the negative comments and at this point the developers have no supporters on their Patreon page (again I realize it has only been a couple of days.) If I were a developer and I just wanted to tell the story that I wanted to tell, I would not read any of these posts. If I were a developer and I wanted to tell a story that people liked and financially supported, I would want to know if I was going in a direction that would negatively impact my ability to achieve my goals. There are many games out there that are terrible in every aspect, I do not comment on those. I only comment if I see something worthwhile. I wish the developers good luck in whatever they decide to do.

i might've actually been interested in this game if there was a route to avoid lillies interaction with Liam. also is seems like Liam route is gonna go for a while even if you dont want to and the only option you get is a skip button? alot of people have already said pretty much what i feel about this game. also it seems like this game miiiiight qualify for the NTR tag already but idk maybe thats just my opinion. so that being said good luck to the dev but for now this aint for me.

All the controversal talk in this thread made me curious so I made a quick playthrough and here is what I think:

First of all Liam. He does nothing that makes him look like an asshole in my eyes, he behaves like a guy who want to score some points at a girl, thats about it. So far he's been way nicer than most MC's in other games are. Reading the posts here made it look like hes basically raping her with his eyes and words in front of the MC, this is not the case.

MC and Lilli aren't a couple and there is nothing going on with them, she's desperate for a relationship (and more) so there is no wonder she falls quickly for a "handsome rich guy" (not my words) who throws a few sweet words and is nice to her.
I think I can see where this is going and if I'm not completely wrong there will be oportunitys for the MC to change that.
But even if not, it's the dev's choice and you can clearly see that the MC will have more than enough fun anyway.
Don't get me wrong, I don't like NTR stuff, but I don't see any of it here (yet) and I don't see any reason to complain about it when it's not there.

Story inconsistencys - in my eyes it doesn't make much sense for two people who haven't seen each other in several years to move into the same apartment with only one bedroom, especially when they're not a couple. I think most people would just take the longer ride to work. Also, you mentioned that MC uncle/grandfather(?) lives nearby, this would be a place the MC could have to. I'm sure you let them move together for story reasons, but the explanation just doesn't make much sense.
The first Blowjob animation - MC's dick looks like it's from a zombi as soon as the animation starts. I'd recommend to redo the animation (yes I know this sucks and takes a lot of time).
This has been mentioned before, but when you go with the bikini girl, the scene ends as if you don't go with her. I guess it jumps to the wrong label?

Overall I think this could become a good game in the future, the story so far seems to be interesting, but could also lead into something horrible (yes I'm talking about NTR), there is not enough content to judge yet.
One thing you should remember Moose-Steaks, people will yell at you for many reasons, sometimes bullshit reasons and sometimes just because. Most of it can be safely ignored, but if many people complain about the same thing over and over again, it usually means there is something wrong and to think about.

And why do you always assumed that you would want to have any kind of relationship with the first female character that you see in the game? that's why you hated what Lilli is doing so far, oh no... wait, you blamed a guy for that. The MC doesn't have any love or romance relationship with Lilli and there's no dialogues indicated that he wants to start one with either, at least not yet. So why don't you let Lilli do whatever she wants? the only reason you hated Liam is because you hated this kind of game/story.
Hey Dev, just keep doing what you're intended to do with the game. Don't listen to these harem boyz, they don't just hate Liam, they just doesn't want any male characters to exist in the game aside from the mc so they can fuck around anything that moves.

OK so added more detail on relationship and how they working asses off giving a timeframe. Though that was already clear in first attempt if you paid attention. I doubt the changes will help those who can't get heads around a platonic relationship with their sister anyway.
I found the new Liam sleazy unlike first one, no one waiting an hour for an order is that nice and the tal at bar and way he tricks her into drinking to catch up just date rape creepy. The added history of Lillie there totally destroys the innocence value of Lillie and makes her not only preexisting sub but a bit of a slut, if she was getting naked and getting piercings I doubt that all she was doing. Lets not forget it totally invalidates her personality with Brother where he has to negotiate and push even for needed staff.
The first run was smooth and no disjointed contradictory personalities this one was not worth effort and made Lillie a much less likeable character and totally obliterated the open and honest relationship the siblings supposedly had (adding a 5 year secret life of a slut while he working arse off for dream while she let her their Aunt distract her, just how much money was wasted on partying while he saved everything? She's even now coming off as sex addict with withdrawals after returning to live with brother and set up cafe for so long) and helping to upport her mastibating hardly helps. So in short this update not only made Liam sleazier it turned sister from a focused, driven innocent to a deceptive slut that sponging off own brother. Also question that she is Aunt May to both of them won't get you in trouble with Patreon.

So if someone comes an read the overview of the game they will think they have a say in the relationship with Lilli but it doesn't seems like the case here. If for example, I try to sell you a potato, show you a photo of a potato, write to you an overview describing the potato and when you got it, it is a rock, would you still eat it? or would you complain? the same can be applied here.

Besides the way I understand polyamory (I could be wrong), you have a relationship between 2 persons, they decide to look for someone more, someone they both trust and want in their relationship, making that relationship that started with 2 persons a 3 persons relationship where all of them love and trust all the partners, and if someone wants to add another one to the relationship but the other partners don't like him/her it won't happen, because to them is more important the relationship of trust and love they got than fucking with someone that one of them fancy. I don't think that polyamory is letting someone you are with in a relationship fuck whoever they want, like I have seen in some posts in this thread, but instead all the partners need to be ok with adding another to the relationship.

But reading the comments it seems like Lillie the sister/best friend of the MC falls for Liam after he lets her some huge tips and only then she agreed to go to a date with him, making it sound like a gold digger, I'm not saying she is or that the creator of the game intended her to be that way, but it's the impression that some people got after playing it (I didn't play it because I usually don't play V0.1 of games but the renders seems good so I'm following the thread). So in a polyamory relationship, in the way I see it, would you trust a girl or boy that seems to be a gold digger? Because I wouldn't trust him/her and without trust there is no relationship.

So making one of the female leads and love interest, if not the female lead, untrustworthy won't appeal to people looking for harem/solo/poly/other too much. But that's what I think.

I now don't want ANY relationship with Lillie, while I been working arse off for 5 years for our dream shes been out partying and slutting around for blowing money and is now a sex addict on withdrawals after playing innocent since coming back to build cafe. She masturbates daily to try keep in control and actually has physical tremors just from guys voice. She is now just a sub slut wearing a mask of innocence to exploit MC. With her new personality and her lifestyle with Aunt is no way she was saying no to every dick that came along. Same way she didn't say no to first dick that came along now. Only person she stands up to and totally uses now is MC. Totally hate this rewrite catering to a group that clearly don't read in first place.
