If you want to unlock everything, you need to buy the highest tier. teasers start at $5. Wallpaper suggestions/voting starts at $10. Dream scene suggestions/voting starts at $20. If you buy a tier, you get every tier below the one you bought.

I am impressed by the dream video he just made, he manages to make an NTR premise with very little content and suceed at making it believable (of course with some suspension of disbelief for an adult game but still).

For me one of the biggest selling points of the game is the dialogue, so dream scenes don't do much for me.
