It shouldn't be TOO hard to create a mod to chapter select. i haven't worked in ren'py in over a year, but my understanding is create the jump label and then you need to add up how many events played out in each chapter. There's the tracker that has count on how many times you've progressed on each girl. i remember trying to find it years ago, but I'm not that good at ren'py, even back then. Today would just be impossible.

There is no grind. It's all story. You, the player, just have to initiate it.

As others have said. NTR isn't a route. You come to a fork in the road (a choice). One is the bad end, the other continues the story as you know it. If you view the bad end, it automatically takes you back to the choice, until you choose the canon path. The NTR is just to see what WOULD happen if you made bad choices.
