Over a year for sure. This chapter still has a few months to go and then we need another 7 to 8 months. So we won't know who's next for a very long time.

But cerberus probably won't have enough updates to do everybody so Ophelia next might actually be realistic. Or Lucia. The taboo might turn her on to no end

If we take the 1 or 2 more updates at face value. Then if only the main girls get a Cerberus scene, that's Cath then Ophelia. It's enough to see Ophelia's turn. I doubt every girl is getting a turn, so I'm hopeful of Ophelia eventually.
