Let's remember that NTR has always been a part of this game. It's something the creator decided to include long ago, he didn't suddenly sell out one day and add it just to please paying supporters.
It's true that NTR fans are getting longer and more extreme scenes than before. But to be fair, every kind of scene is getting longer and more extreme. The NTR scenes don't cancel the fact that the majority of this game is still non-NTR content.
As someone financially supporting this game, I will tell you that I'm not an NTR fan per se. I just find the way it's presented in Power Vacuum to be entertaining because it's usually portrayed in either a humorous way, or a shockingly absurd way. I can't speak for all supporters, but I'd guess that a lot of them are like me and just find it funny. Honestly if it was done more "realistically", or if it was a fully developed "path", I might actively dislike it.
