A few people, but they always fix it. Try reinstalling it and start a new save again. then load your save if you had one or continue if you weren't too far.

I doubt that statement of his 2.5 years ago is anything to go by at this point, he said something on the line that, that game wouldn't have any ntr in it but I seriously doubt that, even though I would like for it to be true.

I clearly remember WWG saying there would be no other male characters besides the MC, and so no NTR. I think I remember some talk of it being sci-fi, and no incest, but I'm not certain about these details.

I doubt that he will lose supporters, especially since if WWG is so confident in creating a new game without NTR, then he has ideas for the future that will surprise everyone.... the longer Power Vacuum went, the more he rose up in terms of work and the quality of the renderings... as they say, we'll see what happens

He might not lose too many. Speaking for myself, if his next game is of similar quality to PV, then I plan to keep supporting at the top tier.

Additionally, with Patreon enforcing more restrictions, it's become so limiting on what can be depicted, including certain kinds of NTR situations, so WWG might just go an easier route and make a more vanilla game. Better to lose a small number of NTR fans than a large number of Patreon subscribers.

1) The dev has talked about his plans to make a non-NTR game, and 2) NTR fans (like me) have talked about continuing to support him regardless. I know you dislike NTR, and I know you think there's a conspiracy of NTR fans forcing NTR into games, but you're making a fear-based argument and not an evidence-based one.
