A few endings in the last chapter have been that way. Sure it's bad for Sterling since he doesn't end up with the girl, but Ophelia is happy and Lucia is very happy with their circumstances. They could be considered happy-bad ends.

Can say that the expectation was justified and all the scenes were really high quality, I will describe everything under a spoiler

I would have thought that this was Ophelia's idea (given the fact that we are probably expecting a bad ending with Drew/Ophelia). after all, she knows that Drew had affairs with David, and knowing what a dominant madre Ophelia is, she will want to get even with Drew at will.

Maybe Drew's redemption IS Annabelle, you know to finish all the Hunter parallels? But sincerelly Annabelle is pretty much a big unknown at this point, there is no back story, no prior mentions, and barely any screen time so far, so who knows what will happen with her.

As for the bad endings, I liked Drew better, it was a completely normal bad ending, of course the ending was kind of rushed where they have sex, but overall a normal ending, could say Lucia finally got the family she really lacked.

but as for Hunter’s ending, it’s really an unexpected twist where he killed both Drew and Lucia along with Sterling, we have once again been convinced that Drew can have redemption, the question is “How?” this will be an interesting development

You are more merciful than me on chapter 12. While the vanilla content was excellent, I am a bit more critical on the NTR part :

1. The kevin NTR is devoid of any Cucking of Sterling, the MC is barely present at all. Yes we can technically imagine him off screen being cucked but if we have to imagine, it takes away from the pleasure of having the game bringing it to us. So while his scene is not bad, it's lacking in that aspects.

We should have seen the reaction of Sterling seeing his mother taken away from her by a guy who was once considered a joke. It doesn't need to be an overly dark ending, just a humourous one where Kevin cuckold Sterling. Some archknowledgment and visual reaction from the MC to such a thing happening would make for a much better bad ends.


2. It's the same thing for Drew NTR, Sterling having Lucia and Keira taken away from him is too minimal. It only happens in the beginning and there is nothing sexual yet.

Sterling just dissapear from the story at the beginning. While it's much less dark ending than any other (and that is fine) it kind of take away from the NTR fun.

3. Now the Hunter NTR is the "best" in that aspects for this chapter BUT it's a bit too similar to the one we had in chapter 11, Sterling was genderbended and had a chip to make him mind controlled. Here he is stuck in an AI and help Hunter seduce his girls but the thing is we don't see his suffering, it's only revealed at the end.

We don't have enough time to see and experience Sterling seeing his loved ones being taken away from him.
