I have a theory for Chapter 13: I believe that Sterling is going to ask Drew to help track down Hunter. Even though, Hunter plan was foiled and everyone found out the truth, he can still posed as a threat, I mean he still has the recordings so he could still blackmail them in getting what he wants

The only clue I'm aware of is in Chapter 8, when Ophelia is breastfeeding Sterling...

Yes if you turn it off, NTR won't happen (I have never seen any).
Pretty sure WI3 was NTR free, but it was along time ago.

NTR are just bad ending, if you turn off you wont see it but either way, they never realy happend, and yes Ep 3 is NTR free.
The "What If...?" stories are mostly netorare/cucking Sterling. They're non-canon.
You can turn them off and it means there won't be any Bad Ends (because netorare is not canon to the story).
Hate to break it to you though, everyone else here has already been balls-deep in Ophelia before "you".
