No, we are watching this game's characters playing a PC game of their own, which they do over multiple evenings together.
Even so, this larger game is mostly a single narrative except for the NTR scenes - the order in which you experience some of the scenes is where you have some measure of control, but the outcomes will always be the same.
The MC never plays the game that has the trans/futa stuff, only watches another person playing it (though the second time, the game is shown "full screen").

I generally dislike Futa/trans even repulsed by it , but hey i wouldn't turn that off in this game even if there's an option.
Give it a chance , its really light hearted and really funny.
Even the graphics are different , done in a toony way so that to implied it shouldn't be taken seriously.
Whats really amused me most is Ophelia and the MC commenting in the background while the game is playing. Ophelia naming all the characters with their family members and does perverted things to them while narrating to the MC is really quite funny.
I mean that nothing more futa/trans than this hahaha i should be irked but how on earth can you take that seriously. I am just laughing my ass off..

I suspect the original complaint of that poster is based upon the fear that, since Lucia said she liked the content of that game within the game that it might be a foreshadowing of later content with the girls in game. Only one who knows that is the dev though.
Great, now I'm imagining the MC holding up a dress, looking sceptical at Lucia who just looks back with puppy dog eyes.
Doesn't matter that it's in a game or not, content wise it's there, and you can't skip it.

This. The nature of the content isn't changed by either it's presentation or wether it's optional or not, hence the game should be tagged accordingly. If one is concerned about newcomers being confused there's always the option of adding a disclaimer to the OP. But seeing as the one regarding
ntr isn't overly effective going by the recurring discussions I do see the potential flaw in this. *shrugs*

Apart from being a game-within-the-game (or several games, if we count both the detective game Lucia plays and the family-centric game she recommends to the mom), it's also very clearly a parody of a porn game (within etc.), the parodic elements being heightened by the MC and NPC's commenting on the game as they play.

To be fair, anyone seeking out games solely based on tags will be disappointed rather sooner than later. The current system and practice of tagging is not designed to pinpoint games heavy on the searched for content. Apart from reading the OP it is also prudent to search the thread for mention of the tag to see why it's used.
But like neodtst said, the
futa/trans content is loads of fun and in my opinion a strong contender for the most hilarious moments in the game, so I strongly hope it get's further developed alongside the ntr 'endings'.

I would have upgraded the humor tag to comedy because there is plenty of scenes here that are just to funny and hopefully anyone who is wondering if they should play this I would say yes.

I'm getting an error at Brenna's photo event number 10. I've completed number 9 but when I go talk to her to do number 10. I can rollback the error or ignore it. But it wants me to keep hitting ignore through what would be the entire interaction. When I finally get through the interaction it automatically sends me to home screen...
