NTR in this game is not canon. The NTR it's there as a bad ending. If you disable it you won't miss anything.

NTR only happens if you make a bad choice. If the NTR is on you see the scene and the game ends and takes you back to the choice again so you can make the "right" choice. If the NTR is off you don't even get the chance to make a bad choice, the option is unavailable. That being said as someone who is not a huge fan of NTR, this game does it really well and those scenes are some of the funniest in the game so you may want to give it a chance. You can always turn it off later
