So far, the only futa character is in the video game Lucia plays in one of the first chapters where she arrives. Someone a few pages back said they think maybe Ophillia will become a futa somehow. But I don't see it happening.
NTR in this game happens only if you deliberately choose obvious action that will lead to it resulting to bad ending. You can even choose to turn off NTR to ensure it never happens in your game.
We'll see, him being the punchline for every joke without fighting back just gets stale for me and started taking me out of it after awhile(I'd enjoy a little more back and forth), and there's not enough action to distract me from that fact, at least not yet.
