If I were to guess, I don't think it will come out before 11th of January since we are still missing some NTR teasers that explicitly indicate the theme is NTR. We've definitely had some teasers for this update showing Hunter and one that maybe it hid in the name of the images the NTR theme but the last two updates needed to have the explicit NTR teasers just before the release itself. Though correct me if I'm wrong here, especially you Dartred since you're the expert here

I think the teaser with Hunter IS the NTR teaser. One of them at least. Hunter doesn't just randomly show up in teasers unless it's for NTR. So we can safely assume this scene is a bad end.

I guess I can analize the various teasers while I'm at it:
Making it Up: While I do not mind the addition of other female characters as much as other people seem to do (mostly due to a quantity over quality scenario), I'd actually like if the MC didn't break Amber's heart by fucking her sister on the same day he went to her to apologize for fucking her best friend. Mostly because I kinda find Amber endearing and if anything happened to her I'd hope Catherine kills everyone in the room and then herself.
I can see a potential NTR ending here mind you, with Amber getting herself, Ophelia and Catherine fucked in revenge for the MC fucking her mom and sister if the MC isn't careful about it in some weird Eye for an Eye scenario, but honestly? I'd gretaly prefer if this lead to a second D&D campaign, between Amber the DM, Catherine, the MC, Rebecca, and Amber's sister. Because I like D&D mostly.
No Title Required: I think author is baiting Dog content big time here, both due to the fully rendered dog model and the dog cock dildo. Brenna's Past, Drew's Present, MC's Future: After a cursory clance on this discussion board I haven't seen anyone make the most obvious assumption: The side piece Drew is fucking was one of Brenna's high school or university peers. Hence her recognizing Brenna and being excited to meet her right after getting fucked by Drew, and Brenna's disconfort. Brenna mentions multiple of her ex classmates all the way back in Chapter 1 after all. The title is therefore a reference to that, the girl used to be Brenna's past, is currently Drew's present, and might become the MC's future. The reference might also be a possible "force femmed" scenario of course, with the MC being turned into a woman and a lover of Drew, but how would that be Brenna's past? Also, again, we don't have the correct tags for that (unfortunately).

Also I'm glad the mentor's model is an old woman, we're 99% sure ain't fucking her yes but it's nice to see some more body diversity and shit.
Side note, imagine the plot twist, the old woman mentor is the bearer of her own vaguely esoteric tantric legacy from Japan, wanting for Amber's sister to become her apprentice after making her mother's one (hence her seemingly not aging), and she and Hunter have, like, a weird fucked up battle together for dominance in a Italy vs Japan battle to the finish as revenge for that one timeline where Hunter "stole" Kumiko away from her in the Blind and Deaf bad ending because she can see every timeline and every reality as the Mystical One-
And then we get back to the present and the real world after the weird drug trip and we find out she isn't any of that, she's just a normal ass masseuse, if a very well experienced one, and it's Catherine and Sterling's subconsciously "orientalist" prejudice that decided for them to turn her into this strange mystical woman in their drug trip. They get chastited for it and apologize for being insensitive, the old woman begrudgingly aknoweledging their contrition before leaving the house for good.
